Flats and any rental properties can get up to £350 towards the cost of home chargepoint installation from the Government. For more information 👇

The Tesla Model 3/Y produced in the 2017-2024 timeframe all have just an air conditioning vent in the back. But it would be great to turn it into a smart screen that can watch movies, play games and other controls.

@OctopusEnergy If only you put this much effort into enabling the use of e-bikes (EAPCs) which, as well you know, are capable of replacing the vast majority of car trips.

@OctopusEnergy homes without driveways can also get £350 towards a charge point if they also fit a council-approved cross-pavement solution like @kerbocharge - see and sign up to find out when Kerbo is available in your postcode area here:

@OctopusEnergy Public EV chargers are extortionate

I recently got a new one from Octopus - extremely helpful and all working great. A small tip - get the holder for the cable fitted below wing mirror height - it gives a few more inches of parking space. The old one was same as wing mirrors and it is surprising how much difference it makes on tight driveways.

@OctopusEnergy Can you do something to make it easier if you live in a flat and have a designated parking space please?

@OctopusEnergy Not if you live in a terraced house with an entrance up steps in a busy CPZ !

@OctopusEnergy According to your own stats, two-thirds of car/van trips are under 5 miles. Most of which are easily replaceable by bicycle and foot. E-bikes can be transformational in enabling this change, but sadly, you remain focussed on saving the car industry.
