It sucks worse than you can possibly imagine.
As a boomer millennial over 40. You take a big hit at 25 for some reason, everything Nick is saying true. It's not about "eating healthy and exercise". Then you take another one around 40 and it's even worse. I can't even imagine how boomers are able get out of bed.

Dude. Just comply. There’s not a cop in history that held court on the concrete. We get it. Trust me.
