I was in great health and got non Hodgkin’s lymphoma at 27, and again at 30. Now it’s like a full time hobby to find food that isn’t poisoned.
Guy who should be in his athletic prime complaining about neck pain from "getting old". Maybe it's the 14 hours of screen time per day and refusing to go to the gym
It sucks worse than you can possibly imagine.
As a boomer millennial over 40. You take a big hit at 25 for some reason, everything Nick is saying true. It's not about "eating healthy and exercise". Then you take another one around 40 and it's even worse. I can't even imagine how boomers are able get out of bed.
