If you think pre season is a joke then you have no idea how difficult it is for players to stay in shape and most of this training are connected to how the team wants to play during the season. This is what the first few days in the pre season looks like and medicals like blood test, flexibility check, mobility test, VO2Max test, and the heart test to see if the heart is healthy. My personal view on pre season test is that I hated the VO2Max test and if you are not fit enough the pass the test which usually last for just 15 minutes. When I was at Vitesse Arnhem and Red star Belgrade my medicals took 3days to be completed and it was the longest I ever had. If you don't take your off season trainings seriously you will be exposed on the first day of pre season test and you will be in trouble with the coach.

If you, on your own volition, wake up one morning, and decide to go have a DNA paternity test of "your" children, then you must also be ready for the results that will come back to you. You must have reasonable cause to go for the test. That reasonable cause means you are not 100% sure if the kids are yours and hence need a confirmation test. The DNA centers are supposed to take you through counseling before you sign on to do the test. Don't go for a test and later come and disturb us online with the results. Nobody asked for it. The situation is different if you need to have the DNA test to help you complete some documentation for traveling etc. That one you didn't request for the test out of your own volition. So I can understand you if you are surprised when the results come. There is an Akan proverb that says "if you go searching for stuffs in the eyes of dead person, you will definitely see a ghost."

This is the new ESA video of 3I/ATLAS passing Mars. I cropped around 3I/ATLAS, then made it larger, made it brighter, and added some blue color to help us see details. It has no "tail" like for a "comet". Yet it is carrying some kind of gaseous coma along with it on all sides. Since ESA did not give us a color image, we cannot say (from this video) which gasses that coma is made of.
