So, about the critics who rag on Alan for Chase "not winning enough"... "To steal a quote from David Goggins, 'you'll never find a hater who can do it better than you can.' So that's the way I look at it. "... When I go to bed at night, I know the effort that I've put in, I know the effort the team's put in, I know the reality. And people are always going to have an opinion, and unfortunately I think in a lot of cases there's platforms for people who really don't know what they're talking about to voice their opinion, and yeah, people listen to it. "But I'm super fortunate to work for HMS, and I love Chase to death. We have a great relationship and a great team. I wish Matt Canavan all the best in dealing with the lefty ‘moderates’ in the Nationals and the Liberals. We can only hope for the good of the country he makes them see sense. I want to be clear, One Nation will work with anyone who has Australia’s interests at heart. People are hurting and life is getting tougher. Now more than ever politicians need to find common ground, work together and stop playing politics. One Nation will stands proud on what we’ve achieved when we had just 2 out of the 227 politicians in Canberra. We caused the banking Royal Commission. We were the first to lead the charge on The Voice, Net-Zero, Mass Migration and more. We will keep fighting for Australians to be put first, for our policies that are out there for all to see, and to put this country back on track.

This young lady put in for PTO for a vacation and the manager she’s speaking with her on the phone preapproved it, so the young lady booked her trip, paid for everything and as she’s getting ready to close out her existing work and head off for vacation the manager “revokes” her vacation, her employee has $3000 invested in and the managers explanation is “I’m allowed to change my mind” and further expounds that she “shouldn’t have gotten” insurance on the trip.🙄 Her only recourse is to take it to human relations which will most likely decide in her favor audience which will further enflame the relationship with the manager, how do you deal with people like that ?

Little Rock man who works at Pizza Hut wrote. So I work at Pizza Hut and when the storm came through the other day the roof started leaking on to the oven and cutting table where we serve food u know like I know there’s birds feces debris, bacteria, hysteria ect in the water from leaking buildings so when we called our general manager and told her about the hazard and it was agents osha she told us to keep working and getting orders out I was forced to clock out for no reason today because she has been retaliating against me I have six children one on the way the things that they are doing are going to get someone sick or even maybe death. I was only trying to work. I’m only 26 years old. I could be in the streets doing God knows what but I’m trying to work. Please help me I wanna be heard #lrhn #arkansas
