Environment design: Smash balls➡️Oppo Angle➡️Offset open ➡️Short bat ➡️Line drives middle of the field ➡️Smash Balls: Contact quality feedback ➡️Oppo angle: Barrel depth/direction ➡️Offset open: Patterning the load (Hinge/Coil) ➡️Short bat: Back up point of contact, forces you to turn tight to the body and maintain posture Simple environment to work on contact quality at different depths of contact. Smash Factor Balls are great for training bat speed because they allow for high-intensity swings without punishment for mishits. But that bat speed has to carry over into hitting baseballs. Bat Speed Derby with both types of balls using Blast Motion for a tight feedback loop.
