After social media outrage, Bareilly police have now filed an FIR against these goons from Gou Raksha Dal, Rishabh Thakur, Deepak Pathak and 25 others. The is the same Cow vigilante Rishabh Thakur who recently made one more video against Maulana Arshad Madani, filmed a video of a public toilet in Bareilly with posters of 'Babar' and 'Maulana Arshad Madani' and posted it on social media.
