Thomas Sherwood, 36, of Cross Gates, was driving a white BMW M3 at an average of 80mph on the 50mph A63 Selby Road when it collided with a red Seat Mii on 31 August 2022. Georgia, a passenger, died two days later in hospital. Her mum and boyfriend were also seriously injured.
