Too much focus on overloaded practices, rondos and positional play inevitably leads to quick play and Group possession focus type outcomes. Also when do you let your players practice moving at full speed with the ball? This is where ball Mastery comes in and 1v1, 2v2 & 3v3 practices. I say the players I work with all the time. You should be able to move as quickly with the ball as you do without it, but unfortunately most Team sessions the ⚽️becomes like a hot potato.

The actual situation after the game yesterday was as follows: After the defeat, the players were still immersed in the emotions of losing. There was no post-match handshake during the rehearsal process the day before. And on top of this, it has been a year since the last match for our players. Therefore these procedures were indeed a bit unfamiliar by them. Several players did not immediately notice that the opposing team's players were waiting behind them for a handshake. However, as soon as they realized it, they immediately stood up to shake hands with the opponents, but unfortunately, the first few opponents had already left. Player GUXUE had some equipment issues at the time. And while he was busy sorting out the equipment issue, he did not notice the opposing players and missed the handshake. He feels very regretful and sorry about this afterwards. Finally, we would like to reiterate: Once Again Esports respects every opponent. Points aren’t the separator… Players are so consumed with how many points they average, and OBVIOUSLY points set the level… you need to be able to score it. But when you dive in to separating players that score the ball at the same rate… it’s about HOW they go about it. How are they impacting the game beyond the scoring? How are they getting their shots, and how many shots are they taking? If players focus on the how, their game becomes more well rounded and efficient 👍👍
