Sean O'Malley on navigating UFC contracts in the Paramount+ era: "You sign a contract, and you have a certain number of fights on it… Once you sign that contract, you can’t fight 4–5 times and then complain, ‘Hey, why am I getting paid this much?’ At some point, you renegotiate your contract. I think I have two more fights left on mine. UFC doesn’t really like it when fighters fight out their contracts, because then you become a free agent. I feel like I’ll probably renegotiate before my next fight. UFC is always taking care of me — they’ve been very good to me."
