Deobra Redden is back in the courtroom after he launched himself at Clark County District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus, sending one person to the hospital. This time, Redden was wearing a spit hood, orange mitts and shackles. Redden was finally sentenced on Monday to 19-48 months in prison for his original baseball bat assault charge. Redden will be back on Tuesday to face charges in the attack against the judge. The attack on Holthus left her unharmed but sent a marshal to the hospital with a dislocated shoulder and a gash on his forehead resulting in 25 stitches.
