She went through a Tribunal, not with a Senior Judge from the United Kingdom or someone appointed by the British Government but by a retired Judge who was appointed by the President to serve as Chairman. While the Tribunal Report is still yet to be made public, sources say they have recommended that Parliament should vote for Lara's removal. Right before us, one of the most respected citizens and a professional of an institution that gave us hope when we had none about accountability is being destroyed for doing her job and we all sit and act like it's nothing and we don't care. Where are our moral guarantors and accountability advocates? Like we had a President who sacked his Vice President, one morning we will wake up to another abuse of the Supreme Executive Authority, and don't be surprised if you're told that your name and place of birth have been changed. ▪️A 31-year-old man, Yuvraj Singh Manchanda, was murdered in Gurugram by his ex-girlfriend, Anya Vats, over financial dispute. Yuvraj was the sole breadwinner of his family and was set to get married within a month. His father is paralysed, while his mother suffers from a heart condition. ▪️On September 6, Yuvraj went with his sisters to Lajpat Nagar market in Delhi to purchase his wedding sherwani. At around 4:15 PM, they stopped at the Golden Dragon restaurant, where Yuvraj later told his sisters that he had an urgent meeting with his former colleague in Gurugram. He left for gurugram, while his sisters returned home. ▪️Around 7 PM, Yuvraj spoke to his family and told them that he would return home by 10 PM. ▪️However, he did not return and subsequently became unreachable. On September 8, at around 4:16 PM, his family received the last WhatsApp message from him, after which his phone was switched off. ▪️On September 10, Gurugram police recovered an unidentified body from a drain. According to Yuvraj's family, they were not informed about the recovery and alleged that details regarding the unidentified body were not uploaded on ZIPNET in time. The body was subsequently cremated by the police on September 14, before the family was informed of Yuvraj's death. ▪️On September 11, while Yuvraj's family had already been searching for him, they filed a missing person report at Lajpat Nagar Police Station. During the investigation, police examined his call records and found that his last phone call was with his former colleague, Vats, whom he had gone to meet in Gurugram. ▪️As Anya's phone was found switched off, police analysed CCTV footage, technical data and made enquiries at the offices of Yuvraj. The investigation led police to identify Vats as a prime suspect. Police detected a new mobile number being used by her and eventually arrested her from Uttarakhand. LIBERTY, A SLIPPERY FLOOR FOR JAILBIRD IN NAROK MURDERS Stephen Oloichoki alias Musa Sopia, the prime suspect in a series of violent robberies and murders within Narok township has been arrested, again, following months of scrupulous manhunt by Narok-based detectives. The suspect, who is a jailbird and has been in prison confines for 15 years until his release on March 2024, was cornered and arrested while in possession of his weapons of choice; a dagger, a sword and a Maasai rungu. In the incidents that rocked the area days following his release, a hooded lone thug was reported to be accosting business operators in the town, before striking them down with a blunt object and disappearing with their valuables. Sadly, most victims succumbed to the head hits. But by the stroke of luck, one of the suspect's criminal activities was captured by a CCTV camera as he attempted to break into a shop. He aborted the mission on spotting the cameras, but not without blessing his night with several crates of bread delivered to the next shop. The footage was circulated among security agents. On Monday, October 28 at around midnight, a report was made that a person had been struck dead at Ololulunga area in Narok South. Coincidentally, it was at the same location where the cctv footage had been obtained. A security operation was swiftly launched which saw Oloichoki arrested. He was in the same clothes worn in the cctv footage. (His race was no longer amazing). The suspect has since confessed to several attacks and showed investigators places where he sold the valuables stolen from his victims, leading to the arrest of three more suspects namely; Timothy Manyara, Samuel Kibutu Ngongo and John Ndung'u Wanjiru. It has also been established that Oloichoki had been handed a life sentence for a violent robbery by the Narok court in 2009, only to be released 15 years later in March this year after an appeal. Even so, his previous life in crime quickly caught up with him. Under investigations are six deaths in which Oloichoki is implicated, all committed between April and October, 2024. Appropriate charges including robbery with violence have been preferred against him at Narok Law Courts.

So why did the Rwandan government and the M23 leadership only ask for me personally to come and tell the M23 story from Goma in the middle of the war on the 25th of February, 2025, as the South African, Tanzanians and Malawians (SAMIDRC) were preparing for a mass deployment of 25,000 soldiers for a two year war? 2. How did these leaders know that there was a Rutendo Matinyarare that they needed to tell this story and that if he told the story, it would end the mass deployment planned by South Africa, Malawi, and Tanzania and would lead to negations and a ceasefire between the DRC government and M23? 3. Why didn't they ask Kuda Musasiwa to do it instead? 4. Why did the Congolese government contact our government on the 1st of March, 2025, after seeing me reporting from Goma Airport where SADC soldiers were captured -on the 25th of February 2025 escorted by M23- after interviewing M23 President in Addis Ababa on the 15th of February, 2025 and again on the morning of March 1 from their base in Goma, to ask me if M23 leaders were ready to negotiate because they were ready to negotiate? 5. And why did negotiation talks between Congo and M23 immediately follow on the 10th of March, 2025, after I told them through our Presidency that M23 were ready to negotiate? 6. Why did SADC, led by our President, declare that SADC was pulling out of Congo, and South Africa, Tanzania and Malawi would no longer deploy 25,000 reinforcements three days later on the 13th of March, 2025? 7. The family is also upset about the hospital's decision to notify the police before informing them, which led to a heavy police presence, adding to their trauma and humiliation.
