GitHub AI-powered workflows? That's cute. Meanwhile, 70% of GitHub repos are abandoned after 6 months.

It's June 2nd, 2026, and my Copilot Pro+ shows "credit limit reached." I've never been able to use up my entire monthly limit, and it's only the second day of the month. Isn't that a bit of an exaggeration?

MicroSlop code running GitHub… smh. This is a bad idea!!! You can’t maintain the system as they are. Adding Microsoft code is just going to destroy them.

@github can't wait to see what new AI tools you guys have in store! always exciting stuff at Build

GitHub copilot is expensive and run out in 4hours 😡😡😡

Why did you change the billing system? Many developers can't afford it. With the new billing system, it costs 10 times more!

everything ships from build except the part your team actually needs - blast radius, regression set, a rehearsed fallback before august.

A big thank you @github for approving clarvia-org into Github for Nonprofits ♥

AI workflows are where GitHub gets especially interesting. The durable value is not one-off generation; it is turning specs, code changes, reviews, tests, and release evidence into a repeatable operating loop.

the gap between 'ai writes code' and 'ai manages entire workflows' is exactly where things get interesting for agent builders

Developers eating good this june😋

Kindly assist, why is it taking you guys forever to respond to my support ticket? This needs urgent attention, kindly assist

Coding, AI and workflows in one Build track makes sense. The boundaries between them are disappearing fast.

When the subscription available? Common its june now!

LFG!

When will you open subscriptions for Github copilot?

Let’s go

Make sure you bring up copilot price going up 900% on June 1st

ai + code combo again huh gonna be packed sessions for sure

@github @GitHubHelp Why did you make Copilot this expensive? Isn't this unfair to those who bought an annual subscription? The credits that used to last a month now run out in a single day. What kind of innovation is this?

While AI promises efficiency, the reality for many smaller teams is that managing complex AI pipelines adds its own overhead. The "free lunch" aspect might be a bit oversold for some.

Interesting

interested in how copilot workspace evolves. the gap between 'ai writes code' and 'ai manages entire workflows' is where things get interesting for agent builders

Github vende el 1m de tokens a 80€

The interesting AI workflow question for developers is not just generation. It is whether the system makes the path from issue → change → review → merge shorter and easier to inspect. That is where AI starts changing engineering work instead of just speeding up typing.

Excited for Build. Would love to see more on secure supply chain (OIDC, provenance, SBOM) and AI-assisted PR workflows. Any sessions/demos that go deep on Actions + Copilot for enterprise repos?

github copilot is so expensive!!!

The useful bit here is not just another AI keynote. If GitHub is bundling coding + workflows + AI at Build, teams should watch for admin controls, audit trails, and CI hooks—not just shiny demo clips. That is where these tools either become usable or become chaos.

🤮🤮🤮🤮

Microsoft Build is the real GitHub launchpad now. June 2-3. Coding and AI workflows on deck.

Great share
