We are forced to constantly think not only of ourselves and our loved ones, but also of our pets and the animals on the streets. There is no romance in sitting by a fireplace and watching the flames under these conditions, as one person wrote. Living with a fireplace in a private house is wonderful; there, your main task is simply to stock up on wood or fuel briquettes. But in an apartment, when the walls radiate bitter cold and the water in the toilet turns to ice by morning… there isn’t a hint of romance. It is unbearable to crawl out of bed when you are wearing layers of clothes under a mountain of blankets and throws. Over time, the body stops getting any real rest, which puts an enormous strain on your health. A plastic bottle filled with hot water or a heating pad helps a little to stay warm under the covers, but they cannot change the situation outside of them.

‼️Right Leaning Pundits ARE LYING‼️ For the last few days, many have been outraged by the stabbing on the Charlotte light rail that took Iryna Zarutska’s life. And rightfully so, EVERYONE should be talking about it. But the real questions should be: - Why are pundits OMITTING this part? - What are we DOING about it? Are you taking an “Understanding Imminent Threat” class? Are you getting your loved ones into a “Firearms Basics” class? Are you supporting organizations fighting to expand the right of self defense on public transportation? What SOLUTIONS are you pushing forward after seeing this violent killing?
