He should be having sessions with a shrink to work on his confidence levels too. He's got the ability and skills to be a very important player but he was very timid last season. His mental strength is more important than all of these.

Athleticism isn't actually his issue, his biggest challenge is brain. He needs to learn how to actually play ball to make sense but just for playing sake. When to dribble, when to pass, when to take on a player on a run or 1v1. With this he'll be a lot more decent.

I hope he gets his act on and performs if given the minutes on the pitch.
