The only reason Rajeev Chandrasekhar has been made the Keralam BJP President is his financial backing. I have not seen him proactively do anything in Bengaluru, either as an industrialist, a politician, or a statesman. I do not see how the people of Keralam will benefit from him. The Chief Election Commissioner and the Election Commission have compromised with the BJP. Under any transparent government, his affidavit would have been rejected. It is very evident that the BJP, the LDF, and the Election Commission are working together. Imagine what would have happened if I had not declared assets worth ₹200 crore - would they have remained silent? That is why the Government of India brought in an amendment ensuring that the Chief Election Commissioner cannot be held legally accountable. They have completely diluted the Election Commission’s role and weakened the law itself. The State Cannot be a Party to its Own Cause 🧑‍⚖️👮‍♂️💰 Article 3, Section 2, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution states that, in any case where a state is a party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. There is no argument against the intent of this clause because the framers of the Constitution explicitly state why it is there in the Federalist Papers. This long-ignored information means that the entire motor vehicle code enforcement of every state is unconstitutional. This is very powerful information if you know how to use it. You cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property except by due process according to the Law of the Land. The Law of the Land requires that there be an injured party. If the state, or one of its municipal agents, is claiming to be that injured party, then they automatically lose jurisdiction to hear the case and have to dismiss. 💥🔥🔥

It is in BJP’s DNA to manipulate elections, no matter what, no matter where. This is a crime and the candidate must be punished for this blatant violation of election norms. ****WHY MATHIAS WALUKAGGA WILL BE ON THE BALLOT**** In Ugandan administrative and constitutional law, any decision made by a tribunal, commission, or public body outside the powers granted to it by law is ultra vires, illegal, and null and void ab initio, meaning it has no legal effect from the outset, even if unchallenged. Therefore, if the EC determines or disqualifies a candidate in a matter reserved by the Constitution and electoral laws to the High Court, that decision is treated as if it never existed. Where this occurs, the affected party may move the High Court(wc Walukagga has done), most commonly by judicial review under the Judicature Act and Civil Procedure Rules, on grounds that the Commission acted without jurisdiction, illegally, procedurally improperly, and in violation of the rules of natural justice.
