I completely agree! As a freelancer I've recently instituted my own 4-day workweek after working remotely for the past 3 years. During that time period, I was still able to do my job while improving my quality of life. I'm much happier with a 4-day workweek

It doesn't matter so long as employers in the US are allowed to force overtime. It is literally legal in this country to require workers to work limitless excessive hours under threat of termination. Change THAT first, then people can start setting their own hours.

I agree 💯. I started working 4 days on 3 days off 10 hours 3rd shift and wait for it… I love it! 3rd shift might not be for everyone but ima night owl but having 3 days off is so awesome. Plus my 3 days off are Saturday Sunday and Monday. I hope this bill passes
