Giving birth isn’t easy. Having a supportive partner changes everything. ♥️🔥 Historically accurate— men weren’t allowed in US delivery rooms until the late 70s/80’s. Should we go back to that? I don’t think so- my Dad had 5 kids but only got to witness the birth of my youngest... show more

If possible Dad should be in the room for delivery. I was there and helped with all three of my kids. It was a very bonding experience for all of us.

Love this, Bear ❤️🐻 I think it's a beautiful experience for men to experience the birth of their children.

I never thought that I would be able to handle going in for the delivery, but I manned up and went in. My first was pretty rough, I cant lie. My second one was different. I wanted to take right over.

Aww! I love this, my friend. And knowing you...you're absolutely the best Dad❤️🔥

@dragonlover80 I would have been fine with my daughter’s father not being in there. He kept making jokes and I wasn’t having it. 😂

@dragonlover80 Omg- at least you were able to be there, Susie. What a true blessing ♥️

I have three sons, three daughters, and I was in the delivery room for each and every one of them. I don’t think it should be anyone else’s business, except in med-emergencies, if the father is present, or not.

I gave birth to my children in military hospitals, none of this was possible. I'm just happy that the military is more pro breastfeeding than it was back in the day. ❤️

This touched my heart. A supportive partner truly changes everything in that room. Your dad having five kids in a time when fathers were kept waiting outside says so much about what families missed back then.

Give every family the right to have their own expectations and choices. I was there. And later, in retirement, I was there as a nursing student for other births. So I wish we wouldn't lock fathers out nor suggest they MUST be there. Can we let culture develop w/o interference?

I was there for the birth of our children. I held my wife's hand. She rubbed the cuticle off my thumb for one of them. I cut the cords. I held them. I watched their first feeding. I held my wife through the day and night. Who wants to stand in my way?

This moment becomes a beautiful lifelong memory for both of them! 👶🥹💖

I don’t think we should go back. Having the dad there matters.

The real man caught his baby with a smile!

Sweet tears too! Great video! 👍 Texas gal. 😊

How else would they truly conceive what it takes... Nothing but Respect 💜

Wouldn't have anyone else! Except, man can leave the room when he's eating a burrito bowl the hospital brought him during labor (when I was not allowed to eat!!!) Brutal.

Oh, that was touching! Takes me back!

There were good reasons back then for the father not being in that room. Anyway, totally for this. Nothing wrong with men also seeing reality and life in real time.

Up to family but not necessarily

Nope sorry, I'll take the waiting room 🤣

I stayed in the waiting room when both of my daughters were born. I don't think it's a man's place to be in there, just the women.

@dragonlover80 That would suck. I was there for all my son’s births and would not have been happy to miss them.

“No going back—she deserves support, not solitude. A partner can’t take away the pain, but they can make sure she doesn’t face it alone. ❤️🤝”

Do the crime, pay the time 😂

I love my son-in-law, he would kill or die for my daughter, he's the absolute best, but we all know when my daughter has a baby I'll be the one in the delivery room with her, he'll be in there too but he'll be the one passed out on the floor

I bet some dudes pass out. OMG, they made us watch a video on that in 8th grade! 😳

I enjoyed watching the birth of both of my sons. I recommend that for any future fathers

I think Dads Should be allowed to witness the birth of their child!

I cut the umbilical cord on all my kids. I would not have missed it for the world. The birth of a child is such a beautiful thing. And when it’s yours, it’s extra special. :) If you’re not having kids, you’re missing out on the main reason of life.

I went through 1 vaginas birth and 2 sections. Cheered her on all 3 times.

These poor women on their backs! One way to make birth much harder!

I wanted him to be there (and he woulda been anyway, since he's a good man). He made me feel safer, as he's my protector, and he helped deliver my second (I was too locked in with the first and third for him to catch them). It would've been much harder for me without him :)

I am so glad I will never experience any of this.

My husband was there for both our babies. The first one he was terrified the the nurse yelled at him to get over to my side 😆. The next he was calm and a pro. He said it just affirmed his faith in God by witnessing the miracle of life!

#definitely

Lol 🤣 some did good 👍 👏 the dry heaving guy was funny!!

Not gonna lie, I didn't react great to my first delivery and I was the one on the table. I was not gagging but I felt like I might. It was just weird. It got easier, but still. I also looked down there immediately after, which did not help at all.

Ashley Green reveals her favorite way for a partner to finish, explaining why the combination of feeling and visual appeal makes it incredibly hot: Kevin: “Favorite place for your partner to finish?” Ashley: “In my ass.” “I personally am not on any type of birth control. We use the pull-out method, it's always worked for us, and that's perfect. But safety, and also the explosion, I love to see it drip out of my ass as well, and it's very hot.” Kevin: “So it’s a feeling thing, it’s a visual thing, all the above?” Ashley: “All of the above. It feels incredible to take that on in the tushy.”
