We've heard the cloture vote is a 50/50 chance and if that doesn't pass, its practically impossible. If this is accurate, it will be unfortunate given the extreme work that has gone into the bill from our industry. However, what comes next with innovation exemptions should be far more practical, focused, and what the industry really needs: Real guidance on tokenization, stablecoins, perps, prediction markets, and vaults is coming.
