I've been using Chrome's "View simplified page" a lot lately on my phone. The formatting isn't perfect, but at least it's totally automatic. News stories have become almost impossible to read without it.

CCPA and CDPA should have been aimed at browsers, NOT site owners. This kinda gets back to that idea imo.
