The state of Glasgow city centre is a fuckin disgrace. Buildings and roads are crumbling, its unsafe for women. Businesses closing daily. Its a shame. Was a great city

It’s in the middle of a transition - hence the diggers! They’re doing something about it. It’s called The Avenues Project - look it up.

That bottom end of Sauchiehall Street makes me sad. That decrepit, abandoned BHS building. The big gap next to Lauders from the fire years ago. All the ongoing roadworks. The shop spaces with no shops occupying them. Proper depressing to look at. Sign of the times, sadly.

It’s the same in Aberdeen, breaks my heart to see Glasgow the way it is because when I moved it was bright and welcoming and sat night was buzzing especially at Lauder’s 👍

Sauchiehall Street is dead. Argyle street is hanging by a thread. Buchanan Street is all fur coat and no knickers. It's unreal how much the town has changed in a few years.

This is what happens when you scrap free parking after 6pm! A night out is too expensive in the city centre these days! Taxis are extortionate and no trains running after 12pm!
