I love the memorial but a very curious about the small unregistered graveyard that sits close by. Some stones from the 18thC but nothing 🙋‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Hi Hugh, sorry for the delay. The burial ground for Glenfinnan parish and the MacDonalds of Moidart was for centuries on the Green Isle, about 12mi down Loch Shiel. But when sailings weren't possible, the deceased were interred in the small enclosure near Glenfinnan Monument
