Glock owners would you do this?

The trigger IS the safety. Glocks are quasi-double action, so without pulling the remaining trigger tension, they can't set off the primer. They're like half cocked striker revolvers. (I know, odd wording) If I'm carrying the Glock, it’s cocked, locked and ready to rock.

Or you just don't keep one in the chamber...

I know it’s not optimal but if I’m walking around with a gun potentially pointing at my dick, I’m not keeping my gun in battery. Rather lose my life than shoot my dick off.

The trigger is the safety on glocks. Either way, this is a useless method. It’s the same as putting in a mag and with the slide closed and not racking it. People will stop fearing ADs when they learn how their weapon works. Unless it’s a Sig P320, of course.

With a Glock no, I built one with Glock internals and realized that safety is actually really solid. You can literally spin that shit with your finger in the guard and it won’t let the trigger go back.

I carried like that 1st year after getting a Glock in 2002. Then understanding that quality holster is the safest way to carry for protection. You can beat the crap out of it with a rubber mallet, drop it from 25 feet. It’s not going off if unless that trigger is pulled.
