$GME MY CONSPIRACY THEORY 😳 Today Roaring Kitty revealed his updated position showing he sold most of his calls and exercised 1/3rd increasing his common share position to 9,001,00 shares. This is the EXACT same number of shares Ryan Cohen initially disclosed when he became involved with GameStop. This lines up quite well with Kitty's recent tweet of The Office meme with him shaking hands with $GME executive. The night following this meme, GameStop added an "Easter Egg" to their website. Internet detectives were quick to find it. If you clicked the copyright symbol at the bottom of the page, it gave a reference to Kitty. Today, GameStop's annual meeting was cut short by "technical issues". Some were curious as to the possibility of a DDOS attack. I'm here to tell you there was no DDOS attack, there were no faulty servers, and it was all intentional. The meeting has been rescheduled to this Monday, June 17th. What is significant about this date? That's right, National Take Your Cat to Work Day! Why would Roaring Kitty want more common shares rather than rolling into further out expiry call contracts? Because he's about to join the god damn board of directors. The #MOASS isn't over, it just started.

#Meme PA Update: 5 months of flat PA has never happened after a "Jan fractal" sequence move. This is why May, was in fact not that. I'll end up being right about every thesis ever communicated on AMC shortly. ----------- 📚 Quick update on $GME $AMC: The Super Macro POI window began today. The YB server knew today was a micro POI, and right on the money AMC is running the Jan frac on the micro as we speak (5% run currently). The super macro poi window lasts all of October. There are both macro and micro POI's within. I still want that $3.96-4.10 AMC macro spring, we could see it by Monday. However she did make a new macro low today at $4.29 so bottom can be in here. But the PA is too tight to tell (micro spring within a micro spring). Does not matter if we see $4 flat range or not. You all know how to average in by now. I’ve said before that Cem Karsan 🥐 is a must listen for anyone in the market, and particularly retail. This clip shows why. He does not hold back, he reveals the inside baseball that’s happening. Here he says that GameStop was in a way an orchestrated squeeze by institutions because they saw an edge - the persistent bid from retail call buyers. The peculiarities of $GME at the time (tiny float, massively over shorted, etc) contributed to the severity of the squeeze and made it the most famous. But I believe Cem is touching on something that explains many other “orchestrated” squeezes, from TSLA to PLTR to POET - retail liquidity absolutely matters. If the view is that there will be a consistent bid for shares/calls in a ticker and that is proven true, and it doesn’t go away, that name will keep going up as that buying is front run by institutions. It creates a reflexive loop that pushes it higher and higher, until that retail bid dries up. And that’s when the music stops and a severe correction happens. $GME GameStop okay I might be missing something here… But can’t stop thinking about something Ryan Cohen said yesterday… Let me begin by first saying Ryan Cohen is VERY careful with his words. Listen to this part of the interview. Ryan is using deal math that gets to a post-merger ownership of 60% eBay / 40% GameStop for existing shareholders. But at Friday’s closing stock price of $26.53, that math was 70:30 (see below) I don’t think Ryan meant this point as a hypothetical. Meaning I think the dilution math will ACTUALLY be 60:40. Which brings me to key point #1: This would mean Ryan is implying $GME stock will be at the price needed for 60:40 by the time the deal is finalized. Well, for ownership split to be 60:40… According to my math (disclaimer: I’m bad at math) that price is ~$40. Ryan also said he’s ready to GO on the transaction NOW. Which brings me to key point #2: This would mean GameStop is sitting on news. And Ryan is confident that news will send the stock to *drumroll please*… AT LEAST $40.
