There appears to be a lot of positivity surrounding AEW right now, during a time when people seem frustrated with the WWE product. There definitely seems to be a moment we’re building toward with WWE heading to Saudi Arabia for WrestleMania. As many have said, there’s an opportunity to do something very special here. Tony Khan could position himself as the biggest babyface in combat sports if he plays his cards right. His demeanor and remarks were very telling. Everything is cyclical, but the AEW product currently feels like it has more soul, and there’s something about that little engine that could.

I’m on a really, really good team. There’s so many talented players that I’m probably not going to put up the same numbers as some of those other guys and that’s perfectly fine with me, especially what we did in June last year. All these companies that called themselves technology companies were not really set up that way. The CEO wasn’t technical. The board of directors had no one technical on it… And it’s like alright, if that’s your team, then you’re not a technology company.” He believes there’s a balance: “You don’t want everyone to be an engineer because there’s other things that matter too. sharing 5 key takeaways from building pie.fun and winning at the Solana seoulana hackathon 1. validate and sharpen what we’re building Jesse | sanctum ☁️🇺🇸 told us that “real value of hackathon is validating your product” so over 3 days, we pitched pie.fun to dozens of people in 10+ versions and got to see what resonated the most. as a way for normies to trade more easily and traders/influencers to turn their thesis into investable products — was validated and that felt good 2. momentum rather than perfection multichain baskets have always been on our roadmap — Seoulana’s special track with Wormhole gave us the push to finally dive in. wormhole's infra was solid 👍 no way we could’ve shipped multichain in 2 days without it 😂 of course, we had plenty of bugs (we submitted 5 minutes before the deadline lol) but the whole point of hacking is PUSHING TO THE LIMIT without the fear of failing. fortunately, pie.fun won 1st place in Wormhole track 🫡 3. new protocols = new perspectives when you’re deep in your own build, it’s easy to lose sight of what’s happening elsewhere. thanks to Seoulana we explored every track — NCN, zBTC, LSTs. talking to sang.sol Justin moonman opened doors we didn’t even know were there. is just getting started — so excited to keep integrating, learning, and building with folks like them. 4. building is good. building together is even better 250+ builders, side by side, building all night. team Trepa flying in from overseas and pulled two all-nighters. seeing that level of commitment pushed our team to go harder as well. Solana is about building — and this weekend reminded us why we’re here. 5. more conviction than ever isn’t a side project. we’re here to build — and to stay. we want to make it easy for normies to get exposure to crypto narratives and people with alphas to let the world follow them. curated, simple, onchain ETFs — that’s the vision. and we’re just getting started. Can we look forward to a concert? 😇: We’re not sure yet whether it’ll be a fan meeting, a concert, or even if there will be an event at all. But I do think there’ll be something. Right now, we’re focused on preparing the album and figuring out what kind of side of ourselves we want to show everyone. We’re still in the process of exploring and discussing that, but please do look forward to it. Q: What led to the formation of the unit? 😇: I think it started because people kept saying that CARATs would really love seeing the two of us together as a unit. Shua and I talked about it, and that’s how it came together. Q: Can you give us a little spoiler? 😇: Honestly, there’s nothing finalized yet, so there’s not much I can spoil. I’m heading back to work on it tomorrow, and even after today’s filming I still have more work to do on it. We really want to show everyone the best possible version of ourselves. Like the other SEVENTEEN units, we’ve been going back and forth a lot. We’ll settle on something, then think, “Maybe this would be better,” and rewrite the song. Then we’ll wonder, “Would this genre suit us more?” and start reworking things again. We’re still in that process of refining everything, so there’s genuinely nothing concrete to spoil yet. I don’t know exactly what the final result will be, but I think the album and songs that eventually come out will be something we’ve given our all to create. Please look forward to it.

It means more to your community, so it means everything to us. Together, we’re building something. Thank you for being a part of it. Where you find passion You also find community A place where people can come together and believe A place for people with something to prove A place for unity and rivalry For triumphs and tragedy For breaking barriers and shattering ceilings Where everyone is on the same team…even when they aren’t Where impossible is made possible all of the time How does a place like this even exist? Where do you find it? The truth is…you don’t find it. You build it.

Klint Kubiak said it will take actions, not words to get more #Raiders fans at home games. Mark Davis tells me, “Winning will help change that dynamic. When we first moved here, we sold out the stadium locally. Everybody was excited… Las Vegas is a great place for people to visit. Our stadium is probably one of the nicest in the world. People do want to come see it. Unfortunately we haven’t held up our end in winning to help create and build that local fanbase. It all starts with the kids so it may be 10 years or so before there’s really a strong, strong local fanbase but we’re trying every day to make it better.”

Auston Matthews described visiting the White House yesterday as a huge honor for him and his teammates, becoming the first U.S. hockey team to win gold in 46 years. He made it clear he is not very political, but viewed the invitation as a great honor regardless of who is in office and hopes moments like this can help bring the country closer together: “We’re proud Americans, and doing something like that, winning a gold medal and representing your country, it felt like a special honor to be invited. I mean, it’s an honor. So it was pretty neat to go there, see everything, and just kind of share that experience with everybody. I don’t like to get political or get into that kind of stuff. Like I said, we’re proud Americans, and winning a gold medal, especially since it’s been 46 years since the men’s ice hockey team has done that, means a lot. He made it clear he is not very political, but viewed the invitation as a great honor regardless of who is in office and hopes moments like this can help bring the country closer together: “We’re proud Americans, and doing something like that, winning a gold medal and representing your country, it felt like a special honor to be invited. I mean, it’s an honor. So it was pretty neat to go there, see everything, and just kind of share that experience with everybody. I don’t like to get political or get into that kind of stuff. Like I said, we’re proud Americans, and winning a gold medal, especially since it’s been 46 years since the men’s ice hockey team has done that, means a lot. The team that wins the Stanley Cup every year gets a White House invitation. I just think it’s something you do because we are proud Americans, whatever your political beliefs may be. We’re excited to share that Hedra has raised a $32M Series A led by a16z, with Matt Bornstein joining the board. Existing investors including a16z speedrun, Abstract, and Index Ventures are also participating in the round. Today was a HUGE day at the Las Vegas A’s stadium site. And the big surprise: John Fisher was on site for the milestone. I don’t know Mr. Fisher personally, but I’ll say this — he believed in Las Vegas, he stuck to the plan, and now we’re watching steel go up on the Strip while the doubters keep moving the goalposts. In a city where projects can stall, get delayed, or turn into endless talk, there’s something pretty cool about seeing an owner actually show up, walk the site, and be part of the moment. So while everyone keeps saying “Vegas is dead” or acting like this stadium isn’t happening… it’s happening right in front of us. Vegas isn’t dead. The A’s stadium is real. And today the roof started rising. Full video here:

You guys stepped up and said NO that’s not happening on our watch 😭🙌🏼🙌🏼🫶🏻 Yesterday, Hermes & Poseidon walked out of the shelter… not as numbers, not as forgotten souls but as free dogs rescued by Stacy Hope Rescue 🥹 thanks to this village, Remember The Fallen Heather for their freedom ride, our trainer Redemptiontails and an amazing temporary foster. They don’t know it yet, but everything just changed. No more concrete floors, no more waiting behind bars, no more wondering if anyone would come for them. They’re safe.
