Seven Democrats just joined Republicans to increase ICE funding with no guardrails -- on the same day that ICE just detained a 5 year old child! And they did this with Speaker Jeffries' blessing. There is no excuse for this. We need new Democrats and new Democratic leadership that knows what to do in this moment because the current party has no clue. No more funding for ICE!

The shootings in Maine and Houston reveal a huge problem for DHS, Tom Homan, and Republicans like Susan Collins who decided to give ICE another $70 billion with no guardrails. They couldn’t even get the right guy? Very little is agreed on in DC except the need for agents to wear cameras and no one was in either shooting. Just shameful.
