Unfortunately for me, its my dad that tends to do this kind of thing for me(and my siblings). He can go to any length to make sure you're not sent away from school. That man has really tried for us and I hope I can repay him well enough for his sacrifices over us.

My dad always sent our mum our school fees early. We never defaulted even once. We weren't rich, but we were never exposed, and my dad always showed up even when things got tough. God bless you, Dad and Mum. You'll eat the fruit of your labour on me. I love you both❤️

The instance I finished watching this video my mother's call came in and I couldn't hold my tears. Allah's grace and my parents sacrifices made me into who I am today. They didn't have much but they gave me everything. My heard bled when someone said we owe our parents nothing.

This video took me straight back to my childhood. My dad served as a policeman, giving up so much so we could have an education, while my mum stayed home and worked her farm with quiet strength. Even then, I sensed their sacrifices. Now that I’m a parent, I understand them in a much deeper way. They’re both with the Lord now, and this brought tears to my eyes. Growing up I didn't know what it feels like to be chased for school fees. Infact, I intentionally do withhold my teller so I can be among those chased so as to have the freedom of seeing the outside world and to go buy Fibre biscuit and pork meat at the nearest junction...

I sure knw what it feels like to be chased out of sch for fees. Went to one of the best private pry schs in Surulere. Pry3 was the last time they ever chase me for late sch fees, that moment my mum decided enough was enough! This video made me remember the sacrifices she made!
