There are many back in the days. Saptapadi, Swarnakamalam, Sagara Sangamam pulled 1000’s to government music colleges to learn classical dance. Shobana ji herself praised Bhanupriya ji dance many times.

She is professional dancer, not even a comparison.

Shobana's eyes talk. She can never be compared to anyone else, who needs a light to be shown on their face to make them unworldly. Truly, Malayalam actors bring the story to life with their talents. They do not need gimmicks. Prabhu and Vineeth were good, btw.

Bharatanatyam requires training which Shobana has. Anyone can do thaiyya thakka dance which is common by bollydawoodiyas.
