Strength for the season shows up midweek too. Open Bible, honest prayer, somebody finally tells the truth. That is usually where I see God carry people.

The statement sounds encouraging, but encouragement must stay tethered to Scripture. God does give strength, but not always strength to accomplish what we want. Sometimes He gives strength to endure suffering, obey through weakness, and remain faithful when circumstances do not change. Our confidence is not that every season will become easier. It is that Christ will be sufficient in every season. ✝️ “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
