God, I can't wait for this moment in the remake

I remember getting to this part for the first time in 1998. Considering the games of the time, this was one hell of a transformation scene. You really felt like this was the final battle to determine the fate of the world and that EVERYTHING was on the line.

This is the moment we all didn’t realize the fire temple set us up for success.

I was genuinely upset at the 3DS version for brightening it up. Like the darkness is what made it iconic and somewhat scary. I hope they go back to how they once were

Gosh the music man.. the fact that he’s the only boss in the game that doesn’t get a title like “Evil spirit from beyond” or “Bio-Electric Anemone” Just GANON

This boss was originally intended to be a boss fight like the bosses from Desert of the Colossus. Could we be getting that in the remake? We got a bit of it in TOTK.

After all these years, it's still the absolute peak aura moment in gaming history.
