I worked in IT for over 20 yrs & bullshit meetings like this with these types of useless, jackasses & their circle jerk sessions are 💯real! They get off on having the floor & wasting everyone's time while acting like they made a contribution of some sort

Had two corporate guys give us this kind of shpeal at our last employee meeting, and the one guy just said "Yeah, that's great and all. But half of our equipment is fucked and you're not going to be able to make any money off of it when it stops working in a month."

I always thought these types of people had to have some valuable skill or knowledge. I'd run groups, projects but no exec position. Then I started a construction company, employees, accountants, clients and realized they had no idea what they're doing, net negative value.

Sometimes I sit and observe on mute, laugh and shake my head. I bet most of them don’t understand a thing the others’ saying and speak only to be heard. If you’re down with the lingo, and in close proximity to the influencers - you will go far. Capability comes last.

Corporate lingo is insufferable- the whole time talking about absolutely nothing.
