I will pray for Lindsey Vonn, obviously. No one wants to see someone injured that badly. Praise God it wasn’t worse. At last update, she underwent surgery for a broken leg and is stable while expected to make a full recovery. But there is a lesson to be learned here. Pride and ego can be a dangerous thing. She entered the Olympics with a torn ACL. The ACL is the ligament that stabilizes your knee in regard to lateral movement - something which is pretty critical in downhill skiing. Her sport is dangerous enough without competing in it with such a serious injury. It wasn’t a sprain. It wasn’t “sore”. It was torn. It was a foolish decision. Her coaches should be ashamed for letting her compete in the first place. There is NO acceptable reason that she should have taken the hill. Not one. As for her, her pride went beyond the point of being admirable and right into being foolish. She already had an insanely storied career, what more was there to prove as a 41 year old with one rebuilt knee and a torn ACL in the other knee? “Thou shalt not tempt thy Lord, thy God” comes to mind. He will often times allow your pride to teach you a harsh lesson. Remember that. “Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before stumbling.” - Proverbs 16:18

We have this building next door to our office that was gifted to us by a corporate… the title deed is in our name…it is really Duma Collective ‘s building. We have no use for it… we got it, white boxed it and have been looking for a tenant but ya… it’s clean and available. So, when I joined a 21 day Daniel’s Fast prayer group started by Praise Mwelase Roiii and Tumelo Candice Sello , the need was for a place where we could gather weekly for in person prayer. Boom… the building next door became the perfect sanctuary!!! Let me just testify how God has used this building for the glory of the Kingdom. So much good has come out of this building! Obedience yields very positive results. Seek first the Kingdom of God and ALL these other things will be added u to you. Thanks for reading till the end… cos there’s no advice…just a good story about how Good God Is!!! In real life 🥰❤️

This video of me was taken the moment that God fully entered me and I fully allowed God in. God hasn’t left since. I had danced around it for a while, still processing conditioning that God was a religious word, a heavy word. I had to untangle some stuff before being able to call God by name, directly, without flinching, without sarcasm. I can’t believe I have this moment on film. The person filming was a non-believer - He believed God was an oppressive Christian force, a cult leader, a fairytale, a problem. So I kept quiet. Seconds after this video, twisting the water out of my hair and getting my clothes back on, I turned away from him and muttered in quiet prayer to myself “I love God … I love God… I love… God. Thank you”. I was finally able to say it with my whole being in that moment. Heart bursting. I finally understood who God was. I wanted to share it with my friend so bad in the moment but I couldn’t. I knew where he stood. Hours later, I told him about my God moment. I played it off a bit for my skeptical audience, implying that the cold plunge made me so high and faint that I was talking to God. But I knew in my heart what was happening. How real it was. “Should I be worried?” He responded. Then he went on to tell me a story about how a woman approached him on the beach last week and tried to convert him to Christianity with some pamphlets.

People love to speculate whether I’m “still Mormon”. On paper it may seem like I’m not anymore because I actively support the LGBTQ+ community, I wear sleeveless shirts sometimes and now “SHE DRINKS COFFEE!” For waaaay too long I defined my connection to God by a huge lists of rules and that lead to so much shame. I don’t let shame govern me anymore and surprisingly, I’ve felt God’s love more than ever. The fact is, I love my Mormon faith upbringing and the connection with God it gives me. I also LOVE all the beautiful things I’ve learned from other religions. I think God gives truth everywhere. So y’all will just have to keep speculating and gossiping about whether or not I’m still Mormon cus my coffee and I aren’t gonna tell you.

You guys remember that former Emmanuel that WAS a core Ob!diot who came to confirm if I am a true pastor barely 2 months ago? Well, today, I was honoured to visit their house and prayed for Gods grace and favour upon the family... After the prayers, they said they wanted to tell me something and it was that they decided that I am not like some others that have been asking them for seeds and offerings while giving them spiritual guidance, and they decided that I dhould be their family spiritual spiritual mentor. I accepted it without hesitation, and Emma said he has "comot himself"(his own language) from all the Ob!diots coven WhatsApp groups(7 in all) he is. One family has accepted to stay with God and the kingdom of darkness is wailing... Praise God.

Two more games to round up the 2023 AFCON, my third AFCON experience. The lesson here for the next generation in journalism; Reporting the NPFL & domestic football/sports can take you globally, don't allow people to condition your mindset wrongly. If your dream is to travel around the world and cover international tournaments, trust me you will make it. If you have a directive that is strictly to monetize your content/job without traveling for tournaments, trust me you will achieve it. Anything you dream of about your journey in journalism, domestic content will take you there. Yes, sports journalism especially reporting domestic football/sports is a struggle, most times the pace is slow, very slow, but with consistency and hard work, you will get to the top of your dreams. Think about collaboration, make friends and expand your reach. Don’t set a mindset of competition, content and reportage is wide and the space is wide enough to accommodate all of us. Be yourself best and not to your colleagues. Journalism rolls like Football, those 5,000 meters ahead of you today, trust me you will catch up one day. This is the reason why collaboration with your colleagues is the pathway of sustainability. Also, as a believer of Christ, I do preach to people and colleagues to be prayerful, ask God to crown their work, and ask Him for grace and mercy. Divine blessing is from God and not from humans. He has promised to bless our work and He will surely bless your work and dreams. I’m excited to see a lot of colleagues and friends reporting the NPFL making their AFCON debut in Côte d’Ivoire, some of these young guys cracked the industry and secured sponsorships for this AFCON. The most noticeable difference between the NO and TLM is the music/singing. People will hate this, but music is one of the most powerful tools of Evangelization and praise for our Lord. The NO mass you have to suffer through modern slop evangelical type hymns that make your ears bleed, no matter how well they are sung. Think "Table of Plenty" or "Here I am Lord" or "All Are Welcome." Maybe you end with "God Bless America." People think that just lyrics of a song make something worthy for mass. Some masses have drums, guitars, or odd stringed instruments. Music void of modal harmony or monophonic beauty. It's like listening to The Beatles when we could be listening to Bach's Keyboard Concerto No. 1 (I) in D minor (BWV 1052). Outside of the organ, which is designed specifically for the church to create a heavenly sound, no other instrument should really be used. There is nothing more pleasing than the singing of man and woman for God in his church and his presence. It shouldn't sound like a band kids bop song or a 1am infomercial background music for a 1980s furniture store. This is what mass "music" should sound like in the video below. Ethereal. Otherworldly. To lift us up to God by singing for God in a manner worthy of it. Bach wrote "Soli Deo Gloria" at the end of his works for a reason. Just the simple singing of praise to the lord beautifully. When you pray, you listen to Gregorian Chants or Orthodox chants. Why? These chants bring you up to the Lord in state of prayer. Why We ditched Gregorian Chants used for 1,000+ years for Boomer bongo hymns is shocking to me.

When you pray, you listen to Gregorian Chants or Orthodox chants. Why? These chants bring you up to the Lord in state of prayer. Why We ditched Gregorian Chants used for 1,000+ years for Boomer bongo hymns is shocking to me.

So yesterday I was Arrested, and the first thing they did was to take my Two phones from me, but trust me na, my voice was on top of the world because they don’t want me going live or making videos, so they said someone wrote a petition against me, that the person stated that I call him out on my social media handles and insult him and his family, so many talks but I didn’t say a word, thank God for my staff who has to call my wife to tell her about the situation, she immediately called my lawyer because my numbers were off, then my Lawyer Stepped in, first question from my lawyer was, who is the person that brought the petition, they said the name can’t be disclosed, that I will be detained, my lawyer made some calls and they gave me back my phones immediately, my lawyer told them that there’s no case since the person who petition me can’t be mentioned or seen, after we spent over 4hrs thank God for the DPO who recognized me and told them to discharge the case immediately. God Bless the NIG Police for doing right.

⚠️ Attention Update on Captain Kyle Family, I wanted to let you all know that Captain Kyle has been in the hospital since this morning. He has been sick and throwing up for the last 3–4 days. Renee brought him to the ER, and they discovered a pinch in his upper intestine causing an obstruction. They are working on relieving the pressure and straightening the pinch. He’s also been very dehydrated, so he’s receiving IV fluids, pain medication, and nausea medication. His kidneys were strained from the dehydration, but they are addressing that too. The good news is he has stopped throwing up and is feeling better than he has in days. He is resting more comfortably, though he is still having some cramping and discomfort in his stomach and upper intestines. They will be keeping him overnight, and we’ll see what tomorrow brings. Capt. Kyle has always been so strong and healthy, so this came as a surprise, but we are standing firm in our faith. We are believing God for complete healing and restoration that the pinched area will fully open and function normally with no need for surgery. We are standing on the authority we have in Jesus’ name for total healing and a quick recovery. Would you please stand in agreement with us? Pray for complete healing of his intestines, relief from all pain and cramping, strength for his body, and peace and rest for both he and his lovely wife Renee🙏 We are so grateful for every prayer from this amazing Patriot Family, Capt Kyle has received them and is thankful.
