A WARNING TO WOMEN WHO HAVE THE ‘JEZEBEL SPIRIT’! A woman with the ‘Jezebel Spirit’ possesses the deceptive, immoral, seductive, manipulative, and controlling sin nature and traits manifest in Queen Jezebel in the Bible, who was so wicked and was deeply involved in pagan idolatry. Through herconscious choices to sin; sin’s master, satan controlled her, and thereby manifested his wicked thoughts, works, and aims through her. JEZEBEL TRAITS: Obvious traits: a. She will outwardly adorn herself with makeup, hair colouring and styles, wearing extravagant jewellery, immodest, seductive dressing (bikinis, shirts and dresses that reveal cleavage, tight leggings etc.), a fashionista! etc. 1 Peter 3:3 To summarise she will draw more attention to her outward appearance and looks rather than shining her light like Messiah told us to do, having a meek and quiet spirit. 1 Peter 3:4 b. She will also teach, rebuke, correct her husband and other men despite being told in Scripture not to. 1 Timothy 2:11-12 c. She may call herself a ‘prophetess’ or ‘pastor’ and run a congregation, despite being told in Scripture not to, taking on the role of a man. 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 Jezebel thrives where leadership is weak, where there is an Ahab;who is fearful of confrontation and conflict, and will keep the peace at any cost. d. She rules over her husband, often using sex, as a means to gain control. Ephesians 5:22-23 e. She will slander and smite the true Servants and Prophets of God, seeking to silence their voices. The Jezebel Spirit seeks to replace true worship of God with idolatry and false doctrine. Revelation 2:20 f. Overall, she is not being submissive the way that women are told to be in Scripture as women of God. Especially towards their husbands and other men!Genesis 3:16, 1 Corinthians 11:3 We were created to be their helper. 1Corinthians 11:9, Genesis 2:18 Not so obvious traits: a. Deceptive, seductive, manipulative, controlling, gaslighting, rebellious; using witchcraft, flattery, fear, tears, victimisation, and intimidation; playing with other people’s emotions and vulnerabilities to get her selfish way! Philippians 2:3-4 g. Promotes fleshly indulgence: all kinds of sin and corruption (especially sexual immorality and idolatry – spiritual adultery; the worship of false gods i.e. Baal). Encouraging people to indulge in sinful desires,and acts of immorality, leading them away from God’s commands and instructions. Galatians 5:24 b. Attractive, charming, and charismatic personality, that looks intriguing and fun, but deep down is as cunning as a snake; full of pride, arrogance, jealousy, and hate. Romans 8:13 c. Two-faced gossiper meddling into other people’s affairs, lying about and slandering others for her own personal gain. 1 Timothy 3:11 d. Non repentant, will not turn from her sinful ways. Revelation 2:5. To summarise she will use anything and do anything, no matter how destructive toget her way. There is only in her mind her way! PUNISHMENT FOR THOSE WITH THE JEZEBEL SPIRIT: If you do not repent from the Jezebel spirit the punishments coming on women are so severe! You see the Bible is our instruction manual for life. Where there is an instance of a punishment for a certain wicked behaviour in the Bible, it is a warning to you that spiritually and even physically, that will also happen to you if you behave in the same manner. So according to the punishments that were recorded in the Bible for Jezebel and her death, if you too are unrepentant: a. you will be ravished (brutally raped) and your children will be dashed to pieces Isaiah 13:16-18 b. you will be cast into a sick bed, and those who commit adultery with you spiritually and/or physically will go through the Great Tribulation (and that is coming soon!) Revelation 2:22-23 c. your husband will be killed before your eyes, and your men will fall by the sword. Isaiah 13:15-16 Women this is so serious and written of in Scripture as a forewarning to you!
