It was just as hard for these dogs, their handlers and all who were there looking for survivors and those that perished. They became depressed...they realized it when all that was left were remains. They laid down and stopped. God bless these amazing dogs!!!

My missus volunteers for a rescue operation. The hardship of trying to get dogs into foster and adopting homes is both overwhelming and heartbreaking. State (and maybe Fed?) gov'ts are making it damn near impossible for them to be saved. People are needed by the 1000's to help.
