Pointless defensive relic. Give us more juicy damage. Make the offensive prayers more effective, auto unlock t99 prayers, etc. This relic is buns. Now show us the CATALYST!

So what do the prayers normally block? I know it's not 100% like old school but if this makes it 50% is normally like 30%?

Considering the player in the video is taking constant 1 damage hit splats. Is it meant to say 100% block? Or is it multiplicative with other means of protection?
