I Appreciate the Improvements in Abia State, But Enugu is Doing Far Better Based on Statistics - Bwala There are APC states doing much better. Who has the right to collect revenue if not empowered by Government? Are they hiding, or did they cover theory face? Are they in a rush so they can run away if anything happens?
