The government must sue on your behalf for FERPA but yes summit those docs. Odds are dems will at least control the house in 2026 and they may even be able to sue now.

At this point, DOGE has not gotten to student loan information. I called the Dept of Interior to see. DOGE is definitely in the Dept of Education, but not on that side. Please contact your govt officials for this information.
