For example, he said entering the ring at RNR 23 was easy unlike the past Thank you to Tank’s Army and beyond for the relentless support. Frank is trying to show the world that anyone can change their health and habits with consistency and incremental improvements rather than extreme unsustainable action. Frank is down 43 pounds since we started walking and the formula has been simple: we walk everyday and don’t stop until Frank hits 10k steps + incremental improvements on Frank’s diet. The secret sauce is NO DAYS OFF. And as Frank always says, “If I can do it, you can do it.” I think my favorite part of weigh in day is how quickly Frank moves on from the good news. He is like Kobe Bryant, in a constant state of “Job’s not finished”. Off to Chicago this evening. Anudder weigh in in the books.

Matt is correct that very few on "the right" would gloat if a great tragedy were to befall him like what just happened with Charlie. No doubt we would almost all, if not all, feel grief and sympathy for Matt. I know I would. Despite considering Matt to be very much going down the wrong path currently. Matt is also correct that many on The Left would gleefully gloat over his death, should such a tragedy come to pass. And as such, it is a natural instinct to lean towards the people who, even if they disagree with you "harshly", would actually care if you were to be harmed. However, where Matt goes off the rails here is to polarize, rather than to try to deradicalize. There are more than two choices (e.g., "no IDpol and lose" vs. "IDpol and 'win', supposedly"). That's a false dichotomy. We can defeat the Woke Left without relying on identity politics. Matt seems to be headed down a dangerous path, in at least a few ways: (1) You seriously risk losing who you are, your soul, by taking up the same type of tactics which many of your political opponents have. Matt's "friend or foe" rhetoric mirrors that of Carl Schmitt's "friend-enemy distinction". Which is evident to the people Matt will likely be associating with in the future should he continue along this path (e.g., Auron MacIntyre & company). And make no mistake, leaning into tribalism, leaning into identity politics, which is downstream of the "friend-enemy distinction", is the same as what the Woke Leftists have done. You need not look no further than what has happened with them, and the their general mental and physical well being, to see where this leads. It won't be an immediate change, but over the course of months and years, you will no longer be the same person. And it won't be for the better. (2) You throw out the baby with the bath water. By becoming tribal in this manner, it leaves no room for your political opponents (whether on "the right" or The Left) to eventually possibly make peace with you and co-exist. We can already see the beginnings of this, by Matt's response to one of James recent QT's of Matt. e.g., "you've chosen your side and there's nothing else for us to ever talk about again" This creates an "all or nothing" situation, which can become a self-fulfilling prophecy should enough people engage with this type of thinking. Should this mindset become dominant among "the right" (it's already commonplace among many on the The Left), polarization would keep escalating more and more, and life would become increasingly dangerous for everyone as a result. **And yes, while it is true that many Woke Leftists are probably too far gone at this point to come back, there are some who could be deradicalized under the right circumstances. I don't know the specific politics of the two Leftists in the videos I have attached, and they could be very well too far gone in some respects, however, given their genuine grief over Charlie's murder, there is reason to believe they could be brought back into the fold eventually. They could potentially become part of the solution given enough time and deradicalization, rather than a permanent opponent. If not them in particular, well, then other Woke Leftists who were shocked by Charlie's murder could be reachable. This is not the same as "uniting with The Left" , which implies compromising bit-by-bit with their evil. We ought not to, and cannot, do that. For the Woke Left fanatics who refuse to give it up their radicalism, they will have to be removed from positions of power should they currently occupy them, and a shift needs to occur such that their radicalism isn't accepted anymore. There is no question that has to happen. We cannot continue to have Woke Left radicals destroy our society.

Pune Metro has been the cause for the maximum disruption of traffic and causing traffic chaos across Pune for the past decade. Besides this is a government run by thugs and thieves along with corporate executives who have pouring concrete over the entire city as their only objective. Among other things. We are trying to knock some sense into the @punemetro3 , roads and projects department to be more environmentally conscious. It’s mostly a losing battle. Unfortunately large corporate interests such as Tata Group Larsen & Toubro KPMG India are all complicit in the denuding of the cities green cover. It’s astonishing that they as of yet don’t have the capacities in-house to simply help move ancient trees 🌳 in situ at the same location or another as the case may be - so that Pune doesn’t have to sacrifice its ancient trees. Their engineering under the mandate of the chump in chief Devendra Fadnavis and his sidekick Ajit Pawar is about laying to waste a living breathing city. Never about conservation. When they’re not defending criminals like Karads or Mundes this is what they do…. Turn Mumbai and Pune into a dust bowl desert. Some notes emergent out of yesterday’s meetings with the metro officials. 1. The metro work has been the cause of the maximum tree felling in the area through Mann Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar. It also is the cause of the maximum traffic jams across the city in the past decade. 2. ⁠There isn’t a single example of the Pune IT City Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. having replanted or transplanted a single tree 🌳 fully in all its glory along this route. Not one success story. 3. ⁠What has happened instead is that trees in their hundreds and at times without permission have been butchered by the Metro authorities under the offices of Bhanudas Mane. Sakalnagar has lost 40 trees. Ganeshkhind Road over a few hundred trees. Karve road countless old growth trees. Wherever the metro goes, it creates traffic jams and destroys the road side green cover. 4. ⁠These criminals led by the offices of the Municipal Commisioner and supported by the house of Tata’s @RNTata2000 are responsible for the destruction of the green cover of Ganeshkhind Road. Aundh Baner Balewadi Road until Hinjewadi. 5. ⁠Some sad transplantation techniques have been applied along with making rudimentary compensatory plantation attempts to come up with numbers to justify further tree felling along Ganeshkhind Road. The biomass lost hasn’t been replaced by the biomass newly planted (never was meant to be). What was meant to be was to screw Pune’s population out of its green cover and its ability to fight pollution and traffic caused by the increasing heat and dust from the metro work force which will justify anything in its means to keep destroying the city and its natural capital. 6. ⁠All the officials involved have been incriminated on several counts in the courts of law, especially at NGT and Supreme Court and High Court. A current contempt proceeding also remains open towards these matters. Yet, nothing is taken seriously by any of them. Tree felling permissions continue to be applied for, they continue to be given despite strong objections raised by all citizens groups and movements. It’s a KPMG & BJP modus operandi to destroy our environment. Today Ganeshkhind Road is a former shadow of itself. The Metro work looms over everything here. 7. ⁠Despite the road department, projects department and the Metro Transit functions having made commitments to transplant trees In situ with minimum damage at the same locations preferably. Some or the other excuse is always given and not a single example of a successful transplantation of huge ancient trees along the roads exist. What does exist is gerrymandering of the records and data to keep showing trees as of lesser age, lesser dimensions, lesser numbers than what is actually reflective of reality on the ground. The city council voted to uphold the suspension of a disgraced demo contractor, revealing that the city might be more poisoned than Flint By Charlie LeDuff Charlie LeDuff Detroit — Our municipal novella—“Guess Who’s Ruining Dinner”—has become a real shovel turner. The Plot: Change has come to Detroit City Hall. The current mayor is running for governor. The current council president was elected as the next mayor. And a horde of hacks and cronies is lining up for jobs and handouts. Everybody was supposed to feast. Except the supper party was ruined by a character named Brian McKinney, a notorious demolition contractor accused of poisoning the city with toxic soil.  The Leading Man: McKinney is a murky character who matriculated at state prison only to become Mayor Mike Duggan’s go-to minority contractor after Duggan’s hand-picked white contractors got ensnared in a federal bid-rigging and price-fixing scandal. The Leading Lady: McKinney went on to become the part-time love interest of Councilwoman Sheffield. The two vacationed together at the Four Seasons Miami. Sheffield voted to award her paramour millions of dollars in demolition contracts. And he, in turn, was named a board director at the Detroit Institute of Arts. The Back Story: McKinney grew fabulously wealthy under Duggan’s umbra, getting at least $65 million in contracts. With influence stretching from Duggan’s executive suite to Sheffield’s hotel suite, McKinney was untouchable. He rotated in high society, often photographed in black tails and bow ties. He was, in short, Detroit’l Sidney Port-a-John. That is, until McKinney was accused of dumping the contaminated remains of the old Northland Mall into holes in the city. He charged the city for clean dirt and pocketed the difference, the allegation goes.  It’s so bad that 60% of his holes tested were found to be so toxic that they aren’t safe for human contact. In Flint, people couldn’t drink the water, but they could at least bathe in it. In Detroit, children can’t even touch the dirt. The city’s inspector general temporarily banned McKinney and his company from work pending its final report. The Scene: The City Council on Tuesday convened a special appellate session where McKinney’s three lawyers pleaded with them to keep the champagne spigot flowing. McKinney was a no-show, as was outgoing Mayor Mike Duggan. Council President Mary Sheffield came but curiously refused to recuse herself on ethical grounds. Those in the overflowing gallery included an angry group of contractors who claimed McKinney had stiffed them on millions of dollars in work. “We talked three years ago that the demolition process was a disaster,” Arthur Edge, retired supervisor of demolition, told the city council. “And he (McKinney) was made the mayor’s poster child.”  McKinney’s lawyers argued that the city approved the offensive soil, and so the mass poisoning wasn’t McKinney’s fault at all. It was the city’s. Councilman Coleman A. Young II, whose portrait you will not find hanging in the Genius Hall of Fame, may have put it best: “I can smell the lawsuits from here!” The Resolution: The council voted 9-0 to uphold the suspension of Sidney Port-A-John, casting a cloud over Sheffield’s administration, seven weeks before she was even sworn in. The gubernatorial hopes of Duggan are starting to sink like a cement dirigible. The Cliffhanger: McKinney filled thousands of holes. Other contractors filled tens of thousands more. How much might it cost to fix them if the city really looks into things? $2 million… $20 million… $200 million? Would the city go broke? Might Detroit be more poisoned than Flint? Which begs the question. Zephyr Arland is a character who was always going to be made by me, one way or another, in some capacity. His golden heart and desire to help others is something I want to see more of in myself and in the world around me. He harkens back to an age of superheroes that was filled with hope, optimism, and fun. I spent countless hours on his supersuit design, something that was deeply important to me and which has landed with both fans, colleagues, and fellow creatives more spectacularly than I ever could have hoped for. I've been blessed with so many people who have believed in me and in this character and the stories I want to tell with him. Carrow Brown believed in it from Day One, and challenged me to challenge myself in my writing, and the character voice for Zephyr's best friend, Ian, is heavily credited to her influence. The number of artists who have been a part of this project, from talented line artists to vibrant colorists, is long but valued. Zephyr Arland is a character who was always going to be made by me, one way or another, in some capacity. His golden heart and desire to help others is something I want to see more of in myself and in the world around me. He harkens back to an age of superheroes that was filled with hope, optimism, and fun. I spent countless hours on his supersuit design, something that was deeply important to me and which has landed with both fans, colleagues, and fellow creatives more spectacularly than I ever could have hoped for. I've been blessed with so many people who have believed in me and in this character and the stories I want to tell with him. Carrow Brown believed in it from Day One, and challenged me to challenge myself in my writing, and the character voice for Zephyr's best friend, Ian, is heavily credited to her influence. The number of artists who have been a part of this project, from talented line artists to vibrant colorists, is long but valued. I lived in MrBeast 's makeshift city while I competed for $5 million as part of the largest game show in history. While I didn’t win the grand prize, I became convinced that creators are natural candidates to lead massive long-term living communities. Let me explain: MY BEAST CITY EXPERIENCE Beast City was complete with sports facilities, a five-story tower, a cafe, cabin-style housing for 500, and a college-style quad. Living in Beast City felt less like a high-stakes game and more like a fully-realized experimental society. It was clearly designed with communal purpose in mind - sleeping quarters were positioned along the edges, while common gathering spaces occupied the center. This layout encouraged natural interactions, chance meetings, and shared moments that felt organic, not forced. Connections formed while we ate breakfast, strategized in small groups, or played sports in between official challenges. While viewers at home watching Beast Games will remember the psychological twists, the monster trucks, and the private islands, the most enduring legacy of Beast City for the bulk of its residents will be the bonds we formed with other contestants in this Nuketown lookalike. As many would remark on Instagram or in groupchats afterwards “other people just won’t understand what it was like.” The bubble we lived in helped us become friends faster. Most folks there shared both 1) a common appreciation for Mr. Beast’s content and 2) a distinct experience participating in the games. The experience helped reinforce a hypothesis of mine: creators are extremely well positioned to lead IRL experiences that foster organic connection, make money, and help address a loneliness crisis. CREATORS SHOULD CREATE THEMED OVERNIGHT IRL EXPERIENCES 1 in 5 US adults say they feel lonely every day. This is partially because of the decline of our in-person communities. Jobs are increasingly remote. School is online. Dating is in the DMs. Our generation barely goes to church any more, but we do tune in to watch our favorite creators every week. Creators have the distribution and loyalty to create themed IRL experiences and fill them with their fans. This advantage should not be overlooked. Elsewhere on the internet, coliving communities and startup cities attempting to host IRL experiences struggle to aggregate demand. Creators don’t have that challenge. To some extent, creators already host meet ups. 💯 Jesser hosts basketball tournaments. Alexandra Botez and Andrea Botez hosted an overnight chess camp. I predict that these creator-led living experiences will get longer and support more people. It’s now very feasible that 1,000 people who follow a certain creator online could live in the same place for a whole year. Balaji has a large audience on X where he also writes extensively about tech and Network States. A single tweet he wrote in August about a three month “Network School” pop-up (more on that in another forthcoming post) generated so much demand that we filled the first cohort of 150 people instantly and built a waitlist of ~5,000 people with no other marketing. Large creators will follow suit to host IRL longterm living experiences because it can be very profitable (and fun!). If creators develop/rent a campus where housing units cost them $250-1,000/month, they can easily charge $2-4,000/month by including basic shared amenities and themed programming. Dedicated fans will pay the premium to live near a community of like-minded folks. That margin is a great business model, and I can think of a few obvious ways this could happen soon: 1) I imagine that Bryan Johnson will build a longevity-focused living community that prioritizes great sleep conditions and healthy foods. 2) Video game creators will might creating the ideal configuration for gaming with each other with e-sports arenas and gigabit internet connections. 3) Musicians can host songwriting camps and longer-term housing organized around recording studios so that they can make songs whenever genius strikes. We humans are happiest surrounded by people we admire or love. YouTubers and other creators with large, engaged audiences are best positioned to use their internet audiences to aggregate demand into themed massive living experiences that will profitably help participants feel the same belonging we all crave. For the first time in my life, I feel I get to merge the 2 things that I love: production & web3. When I look at web3, the space is so rich in stories. Founder stories, product stories, user stories. I believe storytelling is ultimately what will help people see this space for what it is and to give them a different perspective on the media headlines. And it's not often that as a creative you can work side by side with brands and cos that you truly align with. So on May 24th, when I got the call from Arcade Research and Blast to see if I could help Pacman | Blur + Blast share the story and vision for Blast- I knew it was going to be sprint but it was an easy yes. Really excited to share that I had the privilege of directing and producing the Blast Phase 2 announcement video and a deep dive interview with Pacman about the vision for Phase 2. From a little campaign video to a deep dive interview- we covered it all and we ran it back ;) The last 30 days have been a non-stop sprint literally up until yesterday, with 2 productions in LA and NYC. And I’m so grateful to have been a small part of what feels like history in the making. A campaign like this does not happen on such a tight turnaround time without an incredible crew and post-production team. This would not have been possible able to do this without them. Proud of this crew and it was an honor to work alongside them. Excited to be properly stepping back into the world of production to tell the stories of Web3. The Miscarriage of Justice Against the Phagan Family and Little Mary Phagan: Atlanta, Georgia, Four Decades Ago to the Present Year (1986-2026) By Mary Phagan-Kean (Mary Phagan-Kean) Struggle of My Life and Mission of Phagan Family For nearly six decades (1967 - 2026) and with the help of my family, I have pored over the Leo Frank trial transcripts and appellate records documented from 1913 to 1915, thousands of pages in all (they are being transcribed and published on one of my websites called the Mary Phagan-Kean Legacy Project When one adds to the legal records of the case, the contemporary newspaper coverage of day-to-day events from April-1913 to August-1915, the total archive expands well beyond ten thousand pages, drawn from papers across the nation. I am publishing those news articles online, and so far we have 1900 clippings and plan on expanding it by 600 to 1000 more. Every transcript will eventually be accompanied with an audiobook and narrated video. 43 Years Ago (1983 - 2026) In 1983, forty-three years ago as of this writing, the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles rejected a petition filed by several Jewish activist organizations seeking the full exoneration of Leo Frank, the former president of the Atlanta B’nai B’rith lodge (Gate City Lodge #144). At that time, Frank had been convicted in Fulton County, some seventy years earlier, in August 1913, of the strangulation murder of a thirteen-year-old girl, Mary Anne Phagan (June 1, 1899 - April 26, 1913). Today we are still seeking justice for her! The evidence offered in support of the petition consisted of two late-in-life affidavits from Alonzo McClendon Mann (August 8, 1898 - March 18, 1985), an eighty-five-year-old man who, as a fourteen-year-old office boy in 1913, had worked for Frank at the National Pencil Company in downtown Atlanta. In those 1982 (March and November) affidavits, Mann claimed he had seen the 27-year-old, Negro factory janitor, James "Jim" Conley, carrying the unconscious or dead body of little Mary Phagan, in the lobby, moving toward the basement. The Board, after considerable examination of the official documentation and evidence of the Leo Frank case, found the newfangled statements unpersuasive and inconclusive. Trial testimony had already established that Conley himself admitted helping Frank move the victim’s body from the second floor to the basement. The affidavits changed nothing and were likely suborned perjury. I will publish Mann's two affidavits in full on their anniversaries this year in March and again in November. The Jewish Pressure Group Siege of 1982 - 1986 Frustrated by the Board’s controversial decision, Jewish advocacy leaders mounted an intensive, four-year lobbying effort behind closed doors. The Phagan family, press, and community at large was left out of these backroom meetings. In March 1986 (4 decades ago this year and next month) they finally obtained a posthumous pardon for Leo Frank. That pardon, however, was carefully worded: it restored only certain civil rights to the homicidal pedophile, such as the right to vote, to hold office, or to own a firearm. It did not vacate the murder conviction, nor did it declare Frank innocent. Community Outrage on All Sides Since these restored civil rights had been granted to a convicted sex killer 71 years after his death, the Jewish community of Georgia was incensed and in a state of outrage, because it did not overturn the jury's verdict. Many members of the Jewish community regarded it as a dubious pardon for these reasons. Some long-established Georgia Jews who had lived through the 1913 trial, viewed it as the ultimate insult and a slap to the face: the state was purportedly restoring voting rights to a dead man, who, as a practical matter, could not legally register to vote at all. Some Jewish community members interpreted the pardon of Leo Frank, as the government telling them to "shut up and go away, already!" Some Gentile members of the community who had worked as child laborers in the early 20th century when the crime occurred, were in a state of total disbelief at the injustice-that a homicidal pedophile had been given a half-baked pardon. The Phagan family regarded the event as a miscarriage of justice, because they were precluded from being allowed to voice their concerns during the pardon tribunal's hearings. The opaque pardon hearings were quasi-illegal because they had been held in clandestine secrecy exclusively with Jewish advocacy organizations and did not allow the chance for attorney's from the Phagan family to represent their opposition. Leo Frank's Falsified Vindication (1986 - 2026) Yet for the past forty years the pardon has been routinely presented by many in the Jewish community as proof of exoneration. The distinction is crucial. Under Georgia law, Leo Frank remains a convicted murderer. Now the Jewish community is working behind the scenes again in 2026 to get Leo Frank's verdict of guilt overturned. Marietta Rabbi Steven Lebow, Former Governor Roy Barnes, and Jewish community leader are working with Atlanta District Attorney Fanni Willis (pronounced fawnie) to unconstitutionally declare him innocent. In those 1982 (March and November) affidavits, Mann claimed he had seen the 27-year-old, Negro factory janitor, James "Jim" Conley, carrying the unconscious or dead body of little Mary Phagan, in the lobby, moving toward the basement. The Board, after considerable examination of the official documentation and evidence of the Leo Frank case, found the newfangled statements unpersuasive and inconclusive. Trial testimony had already established that Conley himself admitted helping Frank move the victim’s body from the second floor to the basement. The affidavits changed nothing and were likely suborned perjury. I will publish Mann's two affidavits in full on their anniversaries this year in March and again in November. The Jewish Pressure Group Siege of 1982 - 1986 Frustrated by the Board’s controversial decision, Jewish advocacy leaders mounted an intensive, four-year lobbying effort behind closed doors. The Phagan family, press, and community at large was left out of these backroom meetings. In March 1986 (4 decades ago this year and next month) they finally obtained a posthumous pardon for Leo Frank. That pardon, however, was carefully worded: it restored only certain civil rights to the homicidal pedophile, such as the right to vote, to hold office, or to own a firearm. It did not vacate the murder conviction, nor did it declare Frank innocent. Community Outrage on All Sides Since these restored civil rights had been granted to a convicted sex killer 71 years after his death, the Jewish community of Georgia was incensed and in a state of outrage, because it did not overturn the jury's verdict. Many members of the Jewish community regarded it as a dubious pardon for these reasons. Some long-established Georgia Jews who had lived through the 1913 trial, viewed it as the ultimate insult and a slap to the face: the state was purportedly restoring voting rights to a dead man, who, as a practical matter, could not legally register to vote at all. Some Jewish community members interpreted the pardon of Leo Frank, as the government telling them to "shut up and go away, already!" Some Gentile members of the community who had worked as child laborers in the early 20th century when the crime occurred, were in a state of total disbelief at the injustice-that a homicidal pedophile had been given a half-baked pardon. The Phagan family regarded the event as a miscarriage of justice, because they were precluded from being allowed to voice their concerns during the pardon tribunal's hearings. The opaque pardon hearings were quasi-illegal because they had been held in clandestine secrecy exclusively with Jewish advocacy organizations and did not allow the chance for attorney's from the Phagan family to represent their opposition. Leo Frank's Falsified Vindication (1986 - 2026) Yet for the past forty years the pardon has been routinely presented by many in the Jewish community as proof of exoneration. The distinction is crucial. Under Georgia law, Leo Frank remains a convicted murderer. Now the Jewish community is working behind the scenes again in 2026 to get Leo Frank's verdict of guilt overturned. Marietta Rabbi Steven Lebow, Former Governor Roy Barnes, and Jewish community leader are working with Atlanta District Attorney Fanni Willis (pronounced fawnie) to unconstitutionally declare him innocent. #VPDNews: The Vancouver Police Department is releasing CCTV footage and issuing a public warning following a series of "blessing scams" that have targeted elderly residents in the city, resulting in the theft of thousands of dollars in cash and valuables. Investigators have identified at least five separate incidents reported across Vancouver since late May. "These suspects prey on the vulnerability of our seniors, using fear, manipulation, and cultural beliefs to steal their life savings," says Constable Darren Wong. "We are releasing this video in hopes that someone recognizes these suspects, and to remind everyone to speak with their elderly family members about these scams." The latest incident occurred on June 6 near Southwest Marine Drive and Yukon Street. CCTV footage captured an elderly woman being approached by two female suspects after leaving a grocery store. What appears to be a random encounter on camera is in fact a targeted strategy by the scammers. The suspects engaged the woman in conversation, convincing her that a terrible misfortune or curse would soon befall her family. To ward off the bad luck, the suspects offered to perform a spiritual "blessing" on her valuables. She was escorted a few blocks away to meet a third suspect, who instructed her to go home and return with her valuables for the ritual. The victim returned to the scene with over $15,000 in cash and a gold ring inside her purse. Through sleight of hand and distraction, the suspects secretly removed the money and jewelry from her bag without her knowledge. She only discovered the theft after returning home. Blessing scam prevention tips include: 1. Protect Your Space: Maintain physical boundaries. Do not let strangers approach you or enter your personal space, even if they seem friendly or are offering gifts 2. Draw Attention: If you feel you are being targeted, or feel unsafe, make noise, yell, and attract the attention of bystanders 3.Keep Your Valuables: Do not give strangers money or valuables 4. Tell somebody: Call 911 and report the crime to police immediately
