What I saw at the Tommy Robinson hearing today Today Tommy Robinson (Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧) had a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice. The judge was Martin Chamberlain. The question at hand was this: are Tommy’s prison conditions dire enough that he needs an expedited hearing to review how the prison is treating him? As in: are things so bad that the courts need to move very quickly to review things — as opposed to their normal, slow pace? On Tommy’s team was prison lawyer Sara Watson and a barrister named Alisdair Williamson, KC. (Williamson was Tommy’s successful lawyer last year, when the Metropolitan Police tried to ban Tommy from going into the city of London. He’s really good.) On the other side was a battery of government lawyers — I counted four, led by Tom Cross, KC. Just stop for a moment to think about that: the UK government hired FOUR lawyers, at taxpayers expense, to fight against Tommy Robinson’s request to have an expediting hearing to review his atrocious treatment in prison. They probably spent more than £150,000 of tax dollars just on today’s battle. (Imagine if Keir Starmer put that much energy and effort into fighting real crime in the UK.) It’s not justice. It’s a vendetta. I’ve attended a lot of trials for Tommy over the years; he’s won some and he’s lost some. But this one felt good. Tommy’s team had a report from an expert psychologist who went to prison to examine Tommy. She found that, being kept in a small cell 21 hours a day, for more than 140 days, has induced a kind of PTSD in Tommy. The government didn’t even try to contradict those findings. They did, however, try to say that Tommy had all the privileges he could ask for, including visits, phone calls, a computer, TV and the like. But as the government lawyer was saying that, Tommy — who was on a video link from prison — started waving his hands, signalling to the judge that he had something to say. The judge stopped the proceedings and invited Williamson to phone Tommy to see what the fuss was about. The court took a half hour break. And then something incredible happened. The government lawyer had just been bragging about how luxurious Tommy’s treatment was — including how many phone calls he could make. But when the court resumed, Tommy held up a sign to the video camera in his prison video room. And on it, he wrote that the prison had cut off the phone call in the middle of his conversation with Williamson! The judge saw that note and asked what happened. And indeed it was true: literally in the middle of Tommy’s conversation with Williamson, the bullies at the prison cut off the phone call, as they have done to him so many times before. As Williamson said to the judge, the one act of misconduct that the entire court witnessed proved that when it came to Tommy, there’s a big difference between what the prison says and what the prison does. The judge was angry — remember, it was he who had asked Williamson to consult with Tommy; it was an important part of the hearing, to make sure the judge had all the facts. The bullies at the prison weren’t just messing around with Tommy this time; they were messing around with a judge. The judge tore a strip off the government lawyer, and had a one-hour break for Tommy to talk to his lawyers properly. When we all resumed, the judge said the prison’s shenanigans had delayed things so much, the judge wasn’t ready to release his ruling today — he’ll do that tomorrow. What a note to end on. I’m not saying it’s a sure thing that Tommy is going to win. But it couldn’t have been a clearer illustration of how the prison casually abuses Tommy, and gaslights him about it. Except this time, they didn’t seem to realize they were fighting with the judge, too. It was quite a dramatic moment. I spoke to Williamson after the hearing, and he says he’ll share the ruling with me tomorrow when the judge releases it — I’ll make sure to send you an email with the results as soon as I can. What a day. I’m on my way back to Canada now, but I’m very glad I came. My live-tweeting had millions of views today from around the world — a lot of people are interested in Tommy’s case. There were a few journalists there from the mainstream media, including a few real Tommy-haters. I recognized one of them from the BBC. So it feels great knowing that my tweets and videos will have far more viewers than their anti-Tommy propaganda. I’m so glad I came! My flight from Canada was seven hours each way, plus the taxi ride in from Heathrow was another hour each way. That’s a sixteen-hour round-trip journey, for just a few hours in court. But I’m really glad I made the trip. REPORT by Ezra Levant 🍁🚛:

I agree with Carl Benjamin 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 that the government are worried about a revolution. In fact, we know that the Cabinet Office was petrified of what happened in summer 2024 and are actively preparing for what happens if that happens again but on steroids. Which is why they’ve quietly imposed new AI facial recognition laws and even pre-crime monitoring to identity who is likely to commit crime (more on this below). However, I can assure Carl that the British government is not worried about Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧 being the one that rallies the public revolution. Tommy is in the position he’s in precisely to avoid that situation. We know that Tommy spends months organising his rallies in conjunction with the police. They are regime approved pressure release valves that are always organised at the beginning or end of summer so people can blow off some steam. They’re also great opportunities for the government to use their AI facial recognition software to build databases of who attends these rallies. Why do you think Tommy insists on people not wearing face coverings? I think there was a time when the British state was very concerned about Tommy’s rallying power and how he might wield it. But I think the moment he left the EDL for Quilliam was when the British state turned him. He even said when he left that he was going to work with the police to identify far-right extremists. We also know he turned up to a meeting with Jayda Fransen with Special Branch officers. If the British government were genuinely concerned about Tommy Robinson they could put him in prison for all manner of things for many years. Real threats to the status quo are crushed in Britain. People like Farage and Robinson who’ve been around for decades, with all of the scandals that have been mostly covered up and could be exposed at a moments notice, are allowed to stay at the top with the consent of the establishment and become millionaires in exchange for compliance.

Quentin Tarantino recounts a dinner with Robert De Niro during the making of Jackie Brown, where he asked him whether he understood when he landed the role of Vito in The Godfather Part II, that it would change his life. De Niro’s answer revealed a great deal about his mindset at the time. “I was working with Robert De Niro on Jackie brown, and we went out to dinner once. - When he got Vito in the Godfather Part II, that was going to be a big thing for him. He won the Oscar for it - it set him up to be a movie star. So I asked him - and I've asked this to quite a few actors when it comes to when they got the role that would end up changing their career - did he realize that the moment when he got the role, that it would have this sort of effect? And he goes oh, “I tried not to let it do that. I tried not to think about that” I go, "really? and why did you try not to think about that?" “Well because I’ve seen it happen and then go the other way” And then he used an example. “There was this guy, he was a young actor, and he was part of our crowd in New York. He'd been doing okay, but we were all in the same boat. Then all of a sudden he got a lead role. He's one of the two leads in a brand new movie by a director who had just done a smash hit.” And he's talking about Larry Pierce (the director) and uh... Goodbye Columbus. ”And he started dining out on it. And all of a sudden I go to the places that we used to go to, and now he's there and everyone's kind of revolving around him. He's kind of holding court. He's not doing anything bad; he's just arisen in the way that none of us have - and we're all treating him different. Then the movie comes out; nobody likes it - The movie comes out, and it goes away, and he's exactly in the same place he was. And I just wanted to make sure that that would never happen to me because I watched it happen to him.” Quote from Video Archives Podcast, sourced from James Whale Bake Sale YouTube channel. Hayden Panettiere has just died at the age of 36. Many of her videos are now circulating in which she discusses exposing Hollywood, including an incident where she was forced into a room on a boat with a celebrity. If we connect the dots, it becomes clear that this is not simply about Hollywood itself, but about the people Hollywood has long been connected to (all for a reason). We are in a military operation, and everything is about timing. She was one of the main characters on Heroes. “Save the Cheerleader, Save the World.” The Heroes logo featured eclipse imagery, and we have just witnessed a total eclipse. When we look into her story, the name Diana Jenkins stands out. This woman was known for boat parties and has been accused many times of being a Hollywood madam involved in high-end prostitution. Her book Room 23 was suggested by some to have been a catalogue for these women. She has foundations in the Congo and Haiti. Hayden said that the man on the bed in the boat was a “famous thirtysomething British singer-songwriter.” There are two men who have links to both Diana and Hayden: Robbie Williams and James Blunt, who were both around that age at the time. Robbie Williams is married and has four children with a woman who was approached to join the Real Housewives franchise (around the time Diana Jenkins was involved). James Blunt was known for partying with Diana for many years on luxury yachts and has mentioned this in his book. He was also mentioned in the media for hitting on Hayden Panettiere back then. Trafficking exists at the highest levels and links down to trafficking in everyday society. Many people you follow have been involved with this trafficking system, which is why there is a real push for exposing Hollywood, a push that keeps failing. Hollywood has also helped many enslaved children throughout the years. #harrythesoulcoach #haydenpanettiere #heros #hollywood #truth

.DHH credits Marc Andreessen Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸 with helping him the most during the darkest time of his professional life: "It was during that rough going where Andreessen came in. We were a small company of 60 people and 20 took the offer and left. That's almost a third of the company that decided to leave and we got to a point where we were thinking that not many more have to leave before we need to worry about whether we can keep the lights on. And it was actually Tobi who then put me in contact with Marc Andreessen because Marc had been exposed to this phenomenon at some of his portfolio companies. And Marc gave us reassurance and a bunch of contacts. Marc said, "Do you need someone to come in to help do programming or help with operations or whatever?" And I was floored by the generosity because Marc and I haven't always seen eye to eye on things. Especially in terms of venture capital. He's been one of the main faces of venture capital for decades and I've been kind of critical at times. And it was just a realization that all those grievances we might have thought to be so big once upon a time were actually minuscule. We were fighting the white walkers on the other side of the wall and all our internal squabbles were going to be for nothing if those f*ckers got inside the wall and destroyed everything. And that felt like a real threat at the time. That could've happened. They could very well have just ripped the whole thing apart. And Marc clearly saw that that this was a collective, almost existential threat to the entire industry. If these activists were able to take over these institutions in the same way that they have taken over academia we would be f*cked and not just for a little while but potentially for decades. That couldn't stand. And Marc was incredibly helpful not just in terms of these contacts and introductions and so on but it was very powerful. When you have literally 40,000 people on Twitter calling you all the worst things in the world even the strongest individual might go for a second like "Holy sh*t. The mob is coming for me and there's no one else there." And there are other people there. Tobi was there. Marc was there. And it was incredibly helpful to give us the fortitude to go like "No do you know what? We're going to stick with it. We're not going to grovel. We're not going to apologize. We're not going to revert." And then what Marc also did was he gave me a syllabus for understanding the history of wokeness going all the way back to the '60s and beyond. That this didn't just come as lightning from a blue sky. This had an institutional grounding that was set in motion particularly in the '60s and the long march through the institutions, Herbert Marcuse and a lot of The Frankfurt School and all of these groups that had designs on how to reshape society and create the revolution they so dearly wanted, but with a timeline and a roadmap that was demarcated in decades. That it wasn't just like "Well we're going to put something together and then in two years something's going to happen." No they were sitting in the fucking '60s fantasizing about how to overthrow everything in the 2000s. It's actually incredible in a Dr. Evil sense of it but when you're on the receiving end of it it seemed a little less incredible and it was just difficult not knowing where's this coming from? Why is this happening all of a sudden? Well it wasn't happening all of a sudden. There was this long history of it and when you understood that history it made a lot more sense. We weren't just making a rejection for our little corner of the world. We were chipping in in the great civilizational battle of where this country was going to go, whether the white walkers beyond the wall were going to win. And we were like "No they're not going to f*cking win. Get them out of that f*cking wall. Take your goddamn spear and fire it with maximum velocity."

Help Tommy Robinson's kids! We set up a trust fund to support them while he's in prison Imagine how hard it must be having Tommy Robinson as your dad. Now, with Tommy sentenced to a lengthy prison term, his kids don't have a dad at all — that's why we've set up a crowdfund with 100% of the proceeds going to support his three children. Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧 is a journalist, a civil rights activist and a political prisoner. But he has a private life too — he’s the father of three kids. I’ve met them and they’re just wonderful. But you can imagine how hard it is having Tommy Robinson as your dad. They’ve had to relocate, just to stay safe. They’ve faced threats. And now with Tommy sentenced to a lengthy prison term, they don’t have dad around at all. I met with Tommy before he was sent to prison, and I made him a promise that I’d help his family because Tommy will be away from home for a long time. And though I hate to even say the words, there’s also a risk that Tommy will be harmed in prison, or worse — you know the government would like that. So, Ezra Levant 🍁🚛 told Tommy that I’d set up a crowdfund for supporters who want to give to a trust fund, set up to take care of the three children — 100% of the proceeds will go to a trust fund for the children. I’m honoured to have made the first donation. Tommy has made the choice to pay a personal price for his activism. But his whole family pays that price, too. He’ll miss Christmas with them this year, and all three birthdays. If you love Tommy Robinson and his sacrifice, join me in helping take care of the kids.
