If you're thinking there's been a lot of record-breaking going on in ALGS this split, you're right. It's not coincidence, it comes back to one ability - Maggie's Riot Drill. ZETA Mike's record breaking 4.7k had more than HALF of his dmg come from the drill. The top 4 single game dmg records are now held by Maggie players from this year. Here's a great example from TL PanicApex of how quickly this can rack up in an end-game, 300+ dmg from a single tactical use. No other ability comes close to this in dmg output. Don't expect dmg records to come from anyone but Maggie players anytime soon!

Despite it being straight crazy, I think Van going for opportunistic subs is hugely encouraging. Shows that he's not disinterested in grappling like we've seen from lots of strikers. That means he's going to put in the work in the gym to keep getting better on the ground.
