Was an old cat lady hoarder next door to us and the house was run down, sold for $350K. Guy pays to gut/remodel it with super cheap materials for less than $100K. Arabs bought it for $600K and its the smallest house on the block. Sucker born every minute.

Ooof this is hard to watch. I’ve flipped 5 houses now and that stuff in the video is awful. I live in the houses I flip, I’m no “expert” but if I am disappointed in looking at something or using it everyday, it’s getting fixed asap.

I blame it all on the make believe it’s real, TV flipper shows. Really brings out the Harry homeowners, that have 0.00 clue on what they’re doing.

Then they ask $600,000 but won't take $600,000 when you offer it because "someone offered higher"
