Going to the movies is a very special experience. This is the experience that I grew up with and what made me want to be in the movies. Do yourself a favor and go to the theater this weekend. Lots of cool options out there.

Pete Hegseth isn’t going to shake up the Pentagon’s bureaucracy – it's going to crush him. Because it’s not just his lack of experience. The little experience he does have is riddled with serious issues of mismanagement.

Rajamouli about what to expect in #Varanasi: • You are going to experience the wilderness of Africa. • you're going to experience the cold and ice of Antarctica. • you're going to experience the gods of Ramayana in that. • You're going to experience the national disasters and fantasy fantastic elements. But like I said in the beginning, at the core of all this is the emotion of father and son.

Reid Hoffman explains the Paypal Mafia’s hiring strategy “The thing that was unique about the PayPal crew is typically when people start companies they’ll go: ‘I need to get people with a lot of experience at doing just this job’—you have a lot of experience coding, running a data center, marketing, selling, etc. But PayPal opted for very high-talent young people with the expectation that the high-talent young people would learn the jobs.” He continues: “So as opposed to hiring someone who has had a ton of experience doing an exact job, we said: we’re going to hire someone we think is a very fast learner, and we’re going to trust that they’re going to learn the job really fast… We’ll hire some experienced people too, but we had a huge predilection to [hiring fast learners].” Video source: Khan Academy (2019)
