when they don't move as much. But even something as simple as just talking makes them more active. He talks where and when he can if it's important, but more often than not he's willed to speak despite the pain. so

ALSO one more thing sorry lol, I would really like to know how you did the scream for hold so I can attempt that to :)

do the same for the guttoral "I'm", try to do an O sound instead, and push with it. sometimes forcing out a "BO" helps
