At the end of the day, we are all human and have flaws. I take full accountability for the times where I've been the problem. There are certain traumas that dating has caused me. In turn, I can be super shut off and cut things off pre-maturely if I feel like my efforts are not being returned. Granted, most of the time my senses have been correct, but I'm not going to sit here and act like I haven't been wrong. I'm weird with men because they have caused me so much self doubt and grief tbh. The second I quit drinking and started focusing on myself, everything started going UP. My dreams have been slowly coming true and my level of confidence is unshakeable. l've tried putting myself back out there recently and I felt those feelings of inadequacy and insecurity creep back and I said NOPE! I'm not going through that again. I am not attracted to men who give me breadcrumbs. I spent the majority of my 20s in that vicious loop and I won’t go through that again. At the end of the day, the right man isn't going to make you doubt yourself. He will always make you feel like you're enough. And as for the love of my life aka the one that got away... I wish him nothing but the best... wherever he is 💕
