Golden Boy was such a good show. I met the English VA for Kintaro and I swear to christ, he looked exactly like a live-action version of the dude.

The swimming scene will probably the last thing I see in my mind before I die and I'm fine with that.

The over the top expressions and the art style were waaay to good for this fanservice anime, but that’s why it’s a classic. The artist will be remembered for cowboy bebop, but he will be worshipped for golden boy 😅
