Crispy only!! My mom only makes them crispy; hence why it’s been my favorite food and she makes me a bunch when I visit. 🥞🥞🥞

You can make crispy edges at home by just frying the pancake in a frying pan instead of a griddle. Also add a little butter to the pan even if you're using a Pam spray. There might be a way to get it using a griddle but idk how.

Crispy Edges, but I don't go to Cracker Barrel The best was my grandmother, but my daddy can do it to. I think its the oil in the pan instead of butter ( but for all other things I'm team butter over oil)

@KevOnStage, you need to put butter in the pan before putting in the batter. That increases your chances of getting crispy edges at home.
