The part nobody wants to hear: professionals spend 90% of their time NOT trading. Position sizing, risk, waiting. Retail thinks more trades = more skill. It's the opposite.

This is true. For me the best thing tht ever happened to me was getting divorced. At the point I'm at now, I can have very separate personal and trading lives, but even still I need a good 12 hours a day locked in a room.
