Golf course homeowners… we are sOoOoOoOo sorry 😢

@rhoback @ccapodcast I don’t mind the errant drive. I do mind when players drive their cart around and around in my yard and then try to play their next shot from my yard. Walk in find your ball, take it back to the course, play it from there and enjoy your day.

@rhoback @ccapodcast Never had a homeowner on a course yell at me. Had several laugh at me. Never yell.

@Thunder_Chuck24 @rhoback @ccapodcast For every homeowner who yells at a golfer for coming into their yard, there is a golfer who thinks it’s funny to hit houses on the course with errant shots.

@rhoback @ccapodcast I've seen them yell when golfers are playing shots out of their yard or driving a golf cart in their yard. Probably justified

@rhoback @ccapodcast Was playing with my parents about 30 years ago. 15th? hole, dog leg left and I hit a slice. There was a house on edge of the rough about 220ish and I hit about a 20" diameter window. Guy came out screaming at me. I paid for his window and the pro told me it happens all the time.

@BryanTweed16 @rhoback @ccapodcast This is possibly your best work.

@rhoback @ccapodcast "Oh, I’m absolutely devastated that I’m not Tiger Woods. How will I ever go on?"

@rhoback @ccapodcast Choose violence and immediately take a massive divot from their yard if they act like a child.

@rhoback @ccapodcast The fallacy in your video is the house is not “on” the course where your ball should be. The house is adjacent to the course. You take a penalty when you hit your ball OB or other hazard…your penalty for OB into a house is getting yelled at, or financial if you break something

@rhoback @ccapodcast So what you’re saying is it’s ok damage someone’s house, car, fence whatever and not have to pay for it because you suck at golf?
