Chinese food is tailored to where it's sold because the Chinese people know that their food is top tier and are happy to make it have universal appeal.

As an Irishman currently living in China, I miss Irish Chinese food.

Not long back from America. Had Panda Express while there. It’s shite. Just bland rubbish, no spice, every dish tastes the same.
