20 years ago, when diagnosed with bone cancer, I used medicinal turpentine and incorporated many of the named practices in my daily life. Morning begins with lime water and apple juice; two hours later, a yogurt smoothie (raw spinach, yogurt, turmeric, flax, and chia (whole), 2 oz tart cherry juice, raw egg, 2 tbsp raw peanuts; everything organic). Make your own foods: mayo, peanut butter, bread, ketchup, butter, cheese; all of it! Do intermittent fasting, tai-chi, and daily gratitude 👍
